I fear that I have become a social media geek.

I think in statuses and, quite often, in 140 characters.

I have, more than once, had to identify myself as “peekababy” (yep, complete with finger air quotes.)

I have even been known to throw in terms such as hashtag, twitter party and klout in mixed company.

That said, I still like a little something shiny (aside, of course, from the prerequisite iPhone and laptop.)
