Wordless Wednesday: Oh Sandy!

Some before, during and after pics of my NYC neighborhood over the last day or two.  Not necessarily in order, because it’s all kinda been a blur.  Thank goodness we were lucky enough just to have to deal with howling winds, a swaying building and stir crazy children who were stuck inside for about 36 hours.  Except for some flickering lights and spotty phone service, we even had electricity throughout.

Prayers for those who are dealing with much worse.

Puj Snug–There’s a Soft Elephant on my Bathroom Spout!

For some reason, faucets in rental apartment buildings in NYC come in a variety of wacky and awkward shapes and I have never been able to find a faucet cover that fits properly–until now!

The Puj Snug is a small, unobtrusive aqua elephant (say that 5 times fast!) that slides over the bathtub faucet and protects little heads from going ‘bump’.  There is hole for the drain control, which is why it fits so nicely and it folds flat for easy travel.

Though I really wish that this product had been around when my kids were really little and just beginning to navigate the bathtub, it does a heck of a job protects the heads of my 3 year old and 6 year old when they are sparring with each other in the bath.
*I received a sample product in exchange for my honest review. All opinions are my own.*
