I admit it, as much as I believe in feeding my family healthy, chemical-free food, I have a soft spot in my heart for Baskin-Robbins Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream. That glowy bright green color, produced by God knows what part of the periodic table, just makes me love it even more. So much so, in fact, that all other mint chocolate chip treats fail to compare. Make mine a double with some brightly hued, nutrient-devoid rainbow sprinkles.
On Wednesday April 28th from 5pm-10pm, participating Baskin-Robbins stores will reduce the price of ice cream scoops to 31 cents. Better yet, The Baskin-Robbins Community Foundation will be donating $100,000 of the proceeds to the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation™ (NFFF). How's that for a reason to feel good about giving yourself a cheap and yummy treat?!
