Experts tell us that to be fully hydrated, we’re supposed to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day (something which I am admittedly terrible at!)
The easiest way to make sure that you spend all day drinking is to always have a bottle in your bag and reusable water bottles are clearly a much more environmentally-friendly way to go than constantly grabbing a bottle of water out of your supermarket’s refrigerator case.
